Necessity is the mother of invention.
The rules for gathering in these times are simple: stick to the outdoors and keep it small. Sisters Lauren and Cassandra Van Keulen found an important third rule beyond the CDC’s purview: make sure it’s special. They created a boutique events company for small gatherings and enlisted a small army of local chefs, makers, and florists to create picture-perfect picnic settings to celebrate with family and friends in nature.
“We style a picnic based on the preferences you share with us, so each one is unique to you. We’ll set up at your preferred location, greet you at your picnic, then return to take it down once it’s over.”
